Refund & Return Policy – Avilia

At Avilia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return — this is in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel under UK/EU consumer law.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with the original tags attached where applicable.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at Info@Avilia.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will confirm your return and send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you've received these — returns sent without confirmation can't be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel, email us at Info@Avilia.uk as soon as possible. If you contact us within 1 hour of ordering, we can usually stop it before it ships. After that, your order may already be on its way — in that case, you can return it once it arrives (see Return Period above).

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days. The full purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that the time it takes for a returned item to reach us depends on your location and the carrier. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact customer service before returning your item.
